Frame Work
All our frames are produced using a cold rolled structural steel galvanised frame work. In larger sheds we use centre support beams to maximise strength. These beams are fabricated from box section steel. All box section steel are intially shot blasted and primed and once manufactured are finished with a second coating of paint.

Sheeting
All of our buildings are manufactured using Euroclads box profile pvc coated cladding. Euroclad sheeting is a premium quality product manufactured from galvanised coil to European standards BS en 10147:1992.

The subrate is fe E 320 with hot dipped galvanised coating of 275 grammes per square metre.

The subrate is primed and 200 micron of leathergrain embossed plastisol are applied to the external surface. The internal surface is galvanised and coated with a standard alkali grey wash coat.
